The woman stored the luggage beneath the bus passengers, in a separate compartment.</p><p>The police were called to a bus depot in Kaiwaka where the 27-year-old woman was arrested and charged with ill-treatment and neglect of a child.</p>.<p>According to Detective Inspector Simon Harrison, the child is physically unharmed but is undergoing extensive medical assessment, the report said.</p>
