<p>Ukrainian, British, French and Turkish representatives will hold a meeting on Black Sea security in Turkey on Tuesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said. </p><p>Elsewhere, military representatives of Turkey and foreign nations are also expected to meet in Turkey on April 15-16 to discuss Black Sea security after a possible ceasefire is agreed between Ukraine and Russia, Turkish defence ministry had said on Sunday.</p><p>The ministry didn't specify the countries that would attend the meeting.</p><p>Separately, the ministry said Russia and Ukraine would not attend the meeting later this week. </p>
