<p class="title">Telangana Police on Thursday arrested six of the 18 accused who attacked and killed one auto driver, who was suspected to be a child-lifter in Jiapally in Bibinagar.</p>.<p class="bodytext">On Tuesday night, Nimmala Balakrishna, who was on his way to a relative's place, was attacked by the accused, who beat him to death.</p>.<p class="bodytext">They then tried to mislead the police by concealing evidence.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Meanwhile, yet another incident of attack on an innocent beggar took place in Repalle railway station in the Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The woman was attacked by passengers and vendors on the railway platform on Wednesday night as she could not answer the questions posed by them.</p>.<p class="bodytext">They then attacked her with bamboo sticks till she bled and collapsed. The incident came to light after a video of the incident went viral on social media.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The police rushed the unknown lady to the Guntur government hospital. Her condition is said to be critical.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Nizamabad Commissioner (in-charge) Swetha Reddy also said 23 people have been identified for the attack on two tribal people and killing one, suspecting them to be members of Bihar gang.</p>.<p class="bodytext">She said action as per the SC/ST Atrocities Act will be initiated against them.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Meanwhile, Director General of Police Malakondiah in Amaravati warned stern action on those spreading rumours and videos in social media creating a panic situation. "We have a few leads and taken a few into custody. The investigation is going on," he said.</p>.<p class="bodytext">However, in the Akkannapet block of Husnabad in Telangana, local people caught hold of a person armed with a country-made sword and few blades, moving around near Malchervu Tanda (Tribal hamlet).</p>.<p class="bodytext">The villagers say that three others ran away into the nearby bushes and could not be traced.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Local police inspector Banoth Papayya Naik said that villagers called the police instead of taking the law into their hands.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The police suspect that the person the villagers caught seems to be unstable and speaking many languages.</p>
