<p>The District and Sessions Court on Monday sanctioned bail to three suspects in connection with cattle trader Hussainabba's death case. </p>.<p class="bodytext">The bail application of the remaining eight suspects has been quashed by the court.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Those who were given bail are Mohan Kotwal and Prasad Kondadi while Tukaram was given anticipatory bail. All the three were charged under IPC Section 201.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Meanwhile, the CID officials, who visited Udupi on Monday, took over the case from the police for investigation.</p>.<p class="bodytext">A team, led by CID DySP Chandrashekar and other officials, visited Perdur where Hussainabba was found dead and collected details.</p>
