Her two companies earned 54 million pounds in the 22 months up to Dec 31, 2013, according to newly released accounts.<br /><br />Her largest company, Melted Stone, netted 30.4 million pounds in the 14 months leading up to April 2013 and a further 8 million pounds in the rest of that year.<br /><br />Adele paid herself 5.25million pounds dividend in the second part of 2013.<br /><br />Despite her own success, the singer likes to champion other performers where possible and her last three tweets have been in support of some of her competitors.</p>
