Ingredients
Ashwagandha (5 pieces)
Clove (10)
Jaggery (1 piece)
Water 2 cups
Salt
 

Directions
Boil two cups of water in a bowl with the Ashwagandha pieces and cloves. Add grated Ashwagandha, jaggery and salt and boil for five minutes.
