The JD(S) has proposed an action plan, including exemption of property tax for self-occupied residential properties measuring less than 600 sq ft, and English medium in all BBMP schools.
The party’s State president H D Kumaraswamy on Thursday released a 32-page manifesto, which also contains a charge sheet against the BJP and the Congress.
It has dedicated a number of pages to the ‘achievements’ of H D Deve Gowda and H D Kumaraswamy when they were in key positions. The party promises to open canteens on the lines of Amma canteens in Tamil Nadu and improving scam-hit BBMP’s administration through transparency.
