Line, a popular messaging app, has a new offshoot called Popcorn Buzz that offers something different and potentially rather strange. Buzz is a phone-call-like social app that lets you speak to a group of people at once. It’s free on Android, works over your data connection and lets you call up to 200 people simultaneously.
