According to the NGO’s website, they have organised about 200 free medical camps on AIDS, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, polio and dengue in far flung areas and Jhuggi Jhopari colonies. <br /><br />“We are also pleased to place on record that about 100 patients are being treated and benefited on regular basis in our dispensaries situated at Zakir Nagar in Okhla and Basti Khwaja Mirdard in central Delhi,” says the website. He also runs a security agency, Real Source, from an office in Okhla. <br /><br />Walkie talkie recovered<br />It is believed that the walkie-talkie set recovered from him during the attack on Baba Ramdev was taken from this office.<br /><br />According to sources, Kamran was behind the petitionfiled with the National Human Rights Commission and the Delhi High Court over the Batla House encounter by Delhi police.<br /><br />If Okhla MLA Asif Mohammad Khan is to be believed, Kamran has a criminal record in the national capital and neighbouring states. <br /><br />“Kamran has criminal cases against him in Chittaranjan Park, Jamia Nagar, Kalkaji and New Friends Colony police stations. Several cases are also pending at police stations in Noida and Faridabad,” Khan said. He claims that charges against the 40-year-old include murder, robbery and blackmail. The police, however, have not confirmed this. <br /><br />Kamran had also unsuccessfully contested last Jamia Nagar civic and Assembly polls as an independent candidate, he added. <br /><br />He was detained on Saturday from the Constitution Club after he flung ink at Baba Ramdev. <br /><br />Faces jail term<br />He was arrested after medical treatment at Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. He faces charges of provocation with intent to cause riot and to dishonour a person. <br /><br />If convicted, he could be sentenced up to two years of imprisonment, police said. <br /></p>
