Light, camera, action!

Bengaluru embraced science, technology and cosmopolitanism much before its Indian peers, and serves as a convergence point for people from different parts of the country.

The DH Weekend Film Challenge invites you to explore all that can happen in a Bengaluru minute, to borrow an oft-used phrase for New York.

Since our inception, Bengaluru has been home to the Deccan Herald, and now in our 76th year, we invite you to turn the lens on the city we love.

Now in its third year, the DH Flash Film Challenge gave participants 50 hours to script, shoot, edit and upload their films!

Themes:

1. Kitchen Conversations - You are more than what you eat

2. Gridlocked - A lot can happen over a weekend jam

Mandatory prop: The Deccan Herald (Physical or online presence) without the news content, on paper or online, distorted in any way.
