<p>Bengaluru: The assessment of 800 Infosys employees which was scheduled for Tuesday, followed by results on Wednesday and a potential termination on Friday was postponed on intervention by Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES), the IT labour union said on Tuesday. DH could not independently ascertain the number. </p><p>“We have not received any requests from the government or external parties to postpone assessments. We are deferring our assessments by a week to provide additional preparation time for our trainees,” Infosys said in a response to DH.</p><p>The test for the generic assessment has been postponed to February 24, 2025, a mail sent to the employees showed. DH has seen a copy of the mail.
