BWSSB workers caught pumping sewage into drain

Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board’s (BWSSB) sanitary workers were caught pumping raw sewage into a stormwater drain opposite Hosmat Hospital off Richmond Road on Thursday.

On seeing a jetting machine vehicle parked near the Bangalore Football Stadium, a journalist questioned the driver and worker of the jetting machine vehicle.

A video was also recorded where the sanitary worker is found saying a manhole was blocked on the street where an MLA lives and the waste from the spot was being pumped out into the drain near Hosmat Hospital.
