Full Report of the BBMP restructure recommendations

Recommending division of the existing Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) into smaller municipal areas, the three members committee submitted its report to the government (Read BBMP restructuring 2016-17: Detailing 5 recommendations). Laying emphasis on decentralisation of administration for effective governance, the committee has envisaged more power to citizens at every ward level.

The voluminous final report enumerates in detail the advantages of restructuring the fast growing city without affecting its brand at the global level.
