The Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has launched a customer feedback initiative — 'Talk to Us' — at its flagship outlet COMCO on Old Airport Road.
Citizens, as part of the programme, can interact and provide suggestions and feedback to the company on its services and products. The programme was inaugurated by Subhankar Dutta, DGM-Retail (Bangalore Region), last week.
The customers can interact by scanning the QR code, sending a text message or calling 9145658658. Besides, they can write to the company at talktous@hpcl.in. The facility will be available at 40 retail outlets across the city.
