Sweaters and jackets have come out of the wardrobes with the fall in the temperature. </p>.<p class="title">The cold weather had disappeared from December 20 to 25 in the district. The intensity of the chill weather has increased in Shirangala and Koodige areas in North Kodagu region. </p>.<p class="title">Majority of the residents have stopped riding two-wheelers following the chilly weather. A few have however been riding while wearing gloves, a cap, sweater and shoes.</p>.<p class="title">The most affected are labourers residing in line houses at coffee estates. </p>.<p class="title">The tourists are enjoying the weather in the district. Campfires in resorts and homestays are a common scene in the district. The sale of liquor has also increased.</p>
