<p>The legislator had moved the High Court seeking quashing the Bench’s order and expunge the remarks made against him while hearing a petition by the employee, Flossy Filomina D Souza who was transferred from Chikmagalur district to Kolar on the behest of the MLA. <br /><br />In the order dated January 19, 2010 quashing the transfer, Justice Reddy had observed that despite the fact there is no complaint against Flossy D Souza, she was transferred based on a letter written by the MLA to the transport minister.</p>
