<p>A Division Bench comprising Chief Justice J S Khehar and Justice A S Bopanna disposed of the petition after Madhu filed an affidavit denying the allegation that there is a wilfull disobedience of the order dated June 3, 2010 to consider the petitioner’s representation on implementing the project. <br /><br />Madhu allayed the fears that nearly six acres of land near Hebbal lake will be utilised <br />for the project as incorrect.<br /></p>
