A Division Bench comprising Chief Justice J S Khehar and Justice A S Bopanna disposed of the petition after Madhu filed an affidavit denying the allegation that there is a wilfull disobedience of the order dated June 3, 2010 to consider the petitioner’s representation on implementing the project.
Madhu allayed the fears that nearly six acres of land near Hebbal lake will be utilised
for the project as incorrect.
