In a press release here, Deputy Commissioner Harsh Gupta said the entry is on first come first serve basis. Separate seating arrangements is made for women and families.
Instead of giving gold cards to watch all the programmes during 10-days, they are selling tickets at low rate. Even interested citizens could buy tickets for the programme of their choice. Such ticket holders are allowed to sit in the front rows.
