Addressing a press conference in Bangalore, Naidu alleged that Bhardwaj had converted the Raj Bhavan into the epicentre of political conspiracy to encourage horse trading and destabilise the state government. Earlier in the day, Naidu along with top BJP central leaders had met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi seeking the immediate recall of H R Bhardwaj.
“The people of Karnataka deserve a good Governor who is above politics and the present Governor should be recalled,” he said.
