BBMP demolishes illegal temple

The Palike, in a release, said the temple was constructed illegally next to Madiwala lake near Kudichikkahalli.

The Aiyyappa temple was built on Forest Department land. The decision to demolish the structure was made by the Joint Commissioner (Bommanahalli) Zone, on the findings of investigation by a BBMP team.
