Rajapaksa for consensus

 
“Some (Tamil parties) had already responded positively. There are more parties than one representing Tamils and we look forward to consensus among all, especially on aspects of development,” Rajapaksa said here on Monday evening, on the issue of political solution to the ethnic problem.

He said he looked forward to a dialogue with all Tamil parties. He stated this during a meeting with the visiting delegation from the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association led by Labour Party MP Paul Murphy.
