Nithyananda case deferred

The investigating officer Yogappa submitted a report on the status of the investigation.

The report stated that the witnesses, Nithyavimalananda and Nithygopika have responded to the request to appear before the investigating officer. The IO sought time to complete the probe. The court, during the previous hearing had sought a report on the status of the investigation. Justice Arali Nagraj adjourned the matter.
