'Dialogue alone can strengthen inter-religious faith'

They were interacting with the public after a hour long inter-faith dialogue at the Ecumenical Christian Centre at Whitefield.

The dialogue between Hindu and Christian seers was an attempt to break barriers between the two religions. As Rev Williams earned fame for bridging gaps between the religions through dialogue process, Hindus in London were expecting Rev Williams to hold a similar dialogue between the two sects. This initiative by the Christian seer in association with Prof Chakravarthi Ram Prasad of Lancaster University in United Kingdom is seen as an attempt to address this grouse of Hindus.

Sharing the dais with seers Tridandi Srimannarayana Ramanuja Chinnajeeyar, Sugunendra Teertha, Harshanandaji, Shivamurthy Shivacharya, Paramananda Bharathi, Rev V Vasantha Kumar and Dr C Taranath S Sagar, the Christian seer said this inter-religious dialogue was an attempt to know the truth.
