Jay Pee to invest in agri-bourse

NCDEX will be issuing additional equity to Jay Pee to help it pick up 22 per cent shareholding in the commodity exchange at a price to be determined next month, he said. Post Jay Pee’s entry, equity of NCDEX will go up to Rs 50.7 crore from Rs 37.5 crore while networth will approximately touch Rs 100 crore, he said.
