<p>Yeddyurappa in his complaint filed yesterday before Speaker K G Bopaiah has stated that Manappa Vajjal, BJP MLA from Lingasugur, attracted the provisions of anti-defection law for defying the party whip.<br /><br />The Speaker's office refused to share details of the issues made out in the complaint by Yeddyurappa against Vajjal while seeking his disqualification.<br /><br />Acting on a complaint from Yeddyurappa, Bopaiah had disqualified 11 BJP rebel MLAs and five independents under the anti-defection law on October 10.<br /><br />The Speaker had held a two-day hearing and passed his order on the night of October 10, on the eve of Yeddyurappa government facing the floor test.</p>
