<p>Launched by the Go Green Initiator (GGI), as part of its II year anniversary celebrations, ‘Go green, for a better tomorrow, go cycling’ saw the participation of people from varied age groups.<br /><br /> Participants started from the BRV Grounds and cycled through MG Road, Brigade Road, Lalbagh Fort Road, Town Hall, Hudson Circle and returned to BRV Grounds.<br /><br />Shanta Kumar, a member of GGI said, “For the past two years I have been cycling 20 km per day. I want to do my bit towards conserving resources for the future generation." <br /><br />Children also cycled with great enthusiasm. Adhip, an engineering student at PES College, said, “People might not recognise an individual riding a bicycle, but when hundreds of people cycle with a message, it does have an impact."</p>
