Joint Labour Commissioner suspended for harassment

The order has been passed as per the provisions of Karnataka Civil Service Rules pending departmental inquiry. S Nirmalakumari, a manager in the Labour Department has levelled charges of sexual harassment against Uttappa. A case has been filed in the Wilson Garden police station.
