He was on his way to Yeshwanthpur when the mishap occurred. The driver Basavaraju has been arrested. The victim was a BBMP employee, the police said.
Man robbed
Rukmangad, who provides change to liquor shops for bigger denomination was robbed of Rs 3 lakh by four persons at Sampangiram Nagar area, on Sunday. Police have registered the case and are investigating.
