A telemedicine unit of Amritha Institute of Medical Sciences with equipment such as ECG, X-ray, ultrasound, diagnostic lab with satellite connectivity to the Amritha Medical College Hospital in Kochi was stationed in the village for the whole day.
Participants
Doctors and technicians from Amritha Institute and Mysore Medical College and Research Institute (MMC&RI) assisted in the telemedicine camp. More than 250 villagers were examined at the camp. St Philomena’s Degree College Principal Father Leslie Moras inaugurated the programme.
