The third edition of The Chronicles of Narnia has two of the youngest Pevensie kids - Edmund and Lucy - who are now in their adolescence working together with their cousin Eustace in their mission to ward off dangers as they try to help King Caspian save the seven lost Lords of Narnia.

Any film on the series is bound to create frantic hysteria among fans and this movie based on C S Lewis’s epic book has an amazing adventure with excellent action sequences besides the awkward creatures.

The Voyage of the Dawn Treader has a well-balanced acting, pleasing visual effects and action fit even for kids. This film is perhaps one of the best 3D movies after James Cameron’s Avatar.  However, the strongest point is its theme - temptation. As the characters are tempted several times by their darker sides, you are instantly connected to the real world even though the adventure takes place in a world of fantasy.

And for those who are bent on originality, this edition certainly seems better with the introduction of new ideas. New characters like the one that steals the soul is a bonus.

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader is a wholesome family fantasy flick where kids and adults alike can get few moral lessons besides having fun.
