Lokayukta police had caught B N Swamy, a FDA red handed while accepting Rs 1000 bribe from N Krishna, a resident of Gokulam Sept 16, 2006.
Lokayukta inspector Jayaramu had filed a chargesheet in the court. The court took up the case for hearing and pronounced the judgement. B N Vrushabhendrappa argued on behalf of the prosecution.
