New SP takes charge

Before joining the Police Department, he served in BHEL for six months. He belongs 1998 batch. Initially he was posted as ASP (Probationary) at Bellary District.

He has also served in Bhalki, Rajbhavan, Gadag and Mandya. Karbikar had also worked as Police Advisor in the International Peacekeeping Force placed in Sudan, Northern Africa, for one year.

In an informal chat with news persons, Manish said his first priority was maintain law and order in the district and he will work in accordance to the law and Constitution.”
