A major portion of the land acquired by the Bangalore Development Authority has been denotified. It is not possible to develop a layout on the small scattered parcels of land. “Let them return our land,” Nagaraj, a farmer from Jakkur said.
Sudhakar Reddy, another farmer, alleged that while the government declared the work would be stopped, the BDA continued with the acquisition.
