The 42-year-old Australian singer has long put off having a child because of her career, but recently admitted she looks "wistfully" at her younger sister Dannii's baby son, Ethan, who was born in July this year.
The 'Spinning Around' hitmaker revealed she has resorted to expert opinion on a number of medical treatments to help older women become mothers and is hopeful she will be able to have a child with a little help, reported Glamour magazine.
"I've looked into various options. I don't know if I'm going to go down any of those roads yet, but I do need to look at what might be potential paths that lead to a family.
They can do incredible things now, especially in America," said Minogue, who is dating Spanish model Andres Velencoso.
