Vedike flays power tariff hike

The protesters were led by KRV City President K Madesh. Speaking on the occasion, Madesh said that after BJP Government came to power, the prices of all essential commodities have increased. Now, the situation has worsened with the increase of electricity prices by 30 paise, he added.

Demanding that the prices be reduced immediately for both urban and rural areas, Madesh said that if Cesc increases the prices then it should ensure that power be available round-the-clock.
