Spread the message of 'Vishwamanava'

Noted writer Dr C P Krishnakumar said that every body should make an honest effort to spread Kuvempu’s ‘Vishwamanava’ message.

He was speaking at the Rajyotsava and Kuvempu Birth Anniversary programme organised jointly by Vijayanagar Samksruthika Samsthe and Kannada and Culture Department here on Sunday.

Expressing his admiration at the works of Kuvempu, Dr Krishnakumar said Kuvempu was not only a great poet but he was also an exceptional human being.He said that there is no end to the work of pro-Kannada activists. He called on people to give priority to Kannada rather than other languages.

Karnataka State Open University Vice-Chancellor Prof K S Rangappa said the youths should work hard to bring about a revolution in the society. Prof Rangappa extended his support to programmes that would improve society.
