The three-storey factory building is located at Azeez Sait industrial estate near Nayandahalli railway gate. According to fire force officials, a godown adjacent to it, where plastic goods, cover boxes and other cloth materials were stored, caught fire around 12.30 am and the blaze soon spread to the factory. A few people who noticed thick smoke and flames informed the police and fire personnel.
