'BJP's promises not feasible'

At a press conference, he said the BJP had no idea about  the functioning of panchayat raj institutions.

“At a time when cooperative institutions are closing down, it is practically impossible to provide crop loans to farmers at one per cent interest,” he said referring to the promise made by the ruling party in its manifesto.
