JOIN USPoll campaign gains momentum
The Congress, JD(S) and BJP intensified poll related activities. Legislator Amaresh inaugurated the campaign from the Congress in Uoorukunte Mitturu.
Addressing the meeting he said that the Congress was the only party that can bring development in the State.

Former minister Alanguru Srinivas has expressed confidence of gaining victory in all the five zilla panchayat and 19 taluk panchayat constituencies.
Inaugurating the JD(S) election campaign in Kappala Medagu on Sunday he called upon the party workers to work for the victory of the party’s candidate.
Munianjappa, M L Venkatesh, Alanguru Shivanna, Pedda Reddy, Chengalarayappa, ZP candidate Allalasandra Srinivas, TP candidate Venkataravana, Trivenamma, Mannenahalli Narasihma and others were present on the occasion.
Poll code of conduct
The poll code of conduct team under the guidance of officer Mahesh Kumar is keeping a vigil on election propaganda taken up without permission in the taluk.
The team visited Kappala, Madagu, Balla, Mitturu, Aavani, Deverayasamudra and also 30 gram panchayat offices in the taluk.
