<p>Speaking to press persons, Secretary of the Federation K M Jagadeesh said that a decision in this connection was taken at the meeting held in Mandya,following the failure of talks held between Visvesaraya Technological University Vice Chancellor Dr Maheshappa and Higher Education Minister Dr V S Acharya took place at Bangalore on Wednesday.<br /><br />The members had already boycotted the evaluation of answer sheets at VTU in Belagaum and Bangalore from December 18.<br /><br />Chairman of the Federation Dr Vidyashankar, Executive Committee Member Dr Ramalingaiah and others were present at the meeting. <br /></p>
