He said that the state government has not even spent a paise on the relief packages announced to the flood hit victims of North Karnataka. The Centre had released Rs 1,600 crore and PM had assured to release additional Rs 1,000 crore, if the State government produced utility certificate for the released funds. Even after one and half years of the disaster, the government has done nothing to rehabilitate the victims. AICC General Secretary B K Hariprasad alleged that the CM and his ministers are looting the state treasury.
