If that happens, I will shave my head and moustache and work as a watchman for a week,” he said.
The CM was more interested in the welfare of his own family rather than the welfare of the state in the last two-and-half years, he alleged.Scams were being unearthed every day. But the BJP Government is blind towards the scams. “The BJP will not get more than 40 per cent of seats in the ZP and TP elections,” he said.
JD(S) State Vice-President Amarnath Shetty said that ZP and TP polls have become more prestigious for the BJP. The people of the state should support JD(S) to fight against corruption.
JD(S) leader Shakeel Nawazee said caste based politics will not survive long. The BJP will pay for indulging in caste politics. JD(S) in its 20 month rule had introduced several pro-people programmes in the state. It had even introduced 4 per cent reservation in KPSC for minorities, he added.
