Burglary at four places

Shivaramaiah went out for duty, while his wife Sujatha went to her mother’s house. She returned home and was shocked to see the front door open. The thieves had broke open the door and lifted valuables worth Rs 2.85 lakh.
Thieves gained entry  inside a house in Sunkadkatte and fled with valuables worth Rs 1.50 lakh and Rs 90,000 cash. The theft took place when Sanjay Kumar and his wife went out. The theft came to light when Sanjay returned home.

In Kengeri, the thieves broke open window grills of a house in KRVNSS Layout in Dwarakanagar and decamped with valuables worth Rs 1.75 lakh and Rs one lakh cash. The theft came to light when the owner H S Krishnamurthy returned home.

In K P Agrahara police limits, unidentified persons lifted a bag containing valuables worth Rs four lakh kept in a room in a community hall and fled. According to police, the victim, T Srirama, went to GNR Kalyan Mantap to attend wedding reception of a relative. He kept the bag containing jewellery, a digital camera and a cellphone in a room and went out. He returned within minutes and was shocked to see the bag missing.
