<p>Narayanasa was on the board of TPML (publishers of Prajavani, Deccan Herald, Mayura and Sudha) for over 20 years. He was the owner of S Dhondusa Gold Thread Factory and founder-director of Sri Sudha Co-operative Bank. <br /><br />He was also a senior member of Bangalore Turf Club and a trustee of Dhondusa Dharmasamsthe.<br /><br />Narayanasa is survived by sons S N Srinivasamurthy and S N Shivashankar and daughters Chandrakanta Kabadi and Amararathna Dondale. <br /><br />Friends and relatives recalled Narayanasa as a kind-hearted person.
