Three Chinese sent to judicial remand

The three were held by the Sashastra Seema Bal at Rupaidiha in Bahraich district, about 180 km from here. The arrested, including a woman, claimed to be engineers engaged in installation of mobile phone towers in Nepal on behalf of well-known Chinese mobile phone giant Huawei, that was entrusted with the task in the Himalayan state.

The police claimed to have caught them taking pictures at the border. They were charged with entering Indian territory without passport and visa.
