Shakuntala Jain's Kalaradhana is all about worshipping art. She is a self-taught promising artist. The medium used by her is oil on canvas. She believes in painting figurative and realistic stuff which speak more than words. She tries to be innovative, giving free play to imagination.

For her, paintings are the ultimate joy through which she derives peace and pleasure. She has to her credit a number of solo and group shows. While her work reflects the realistic ethos of art. Spirituality is also one of her themes in painting. Apart from these, she has been working on different themes such as Ganesha in different avatars, colours of Rajasthan, and now she is freshly starting up with the new themes of Buddha. On account of Buddha Jayanthi celebrated on May 9, she has exhibited her Buddha creations in her private gallery at #451, 7th Main, 4th block, Jayanagar.
