Lingaraju, Sunil, Sanjay Shekhar and Prashant looted cash and mobile phones from drivers of lorries parked on National Highway-4 at Nandihalli and Chikkahalli on Friday night, police said.
The arrests here have come in the wake of sporadic complaints from across the State about extortion by the members of the outfit.
The president of KRV, T A Narayana Gowda and KRV advocate R Suresha are facing charges of extorting Rs. 26.25 lakh from a director of a Bangalore-based multinational firm in November 2007, for settling a dispute between the firm and some contract labourers.
