<p>The Kengeri police filed the charge sheet before the 3rd Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate on Wednesday. The charge sheet lists Khan as accused No 13. <br /><br />Zabiullah Khan Gori, a rice merchant from Channapatna, was robbed of Rs 50 lakh by an armed gang when he was on his way to Bangalore from his native place in a car in October 2010. <br /><br />According to police, the attackers chased Gori in a car before waylaying him at Jayaram Das Industrial Area near Kengeri. <br /><br />They threatened him with lethal weapons and fled with the money. Gori lodged a complaint with the Kengeri police and also identified a couple of suspects.</p>
