The developers had also encroached 380 mts X 8 mts on the same land, they added. <br /><br />The Deputy Commissioner had declared the land, which is around an acre and 21 guntas, as 'waste land.' Despite the BDA's sanctioned plan which stipulates that the land should be used for public amenities only, property worth Rs 18 crore has been encraoched upon, said the members.</p>
