Opposition leader Motamma said legislators were for sale in Karnataka. “I urge the BJP to buy all legislators at once so that this Operation Lotus comes to an end,” she quipped. Chairman Shankarmurthy, however, refused to accept the notice for the motion, leading to a walkout.
